Consultation on Access to Justice Report

On 9 October 2009, the Commonwealth Attorney-General, Robert McClelland announced the commencement of the consultation on the Access to Justice Taskforce's Report.

The consultation will inform the Government's consideration of teh Taskforce's recommendations in order to improve access to the federal justice system.

Submissions can be made in a number of ways:

• Consultation forums will be held in the week commencing 12 October 2009
• Online comments
